Lattafa USA provides 2-5 business day shipping as standard option on all perfume orders. All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be shipped the same working day. Any orders placed after 2pm Monday-Thursday will be shipped the next working day. Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Hawaii & Alaska
We regret that we are unable to ship to Hawaii, or Alaska.
Puerto Rico
We ship to Puerto Rico via our 2–5 business day standard shipping.
PO Box
If you are shipping to a US PO box, we offer USPS First Class or Priority Mail shipping.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
Standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses is via USPS First Class or Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 3 weeks.
Parcel Forwarding Services
If you ship to a mail forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Lattafa USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping
At this time we are only shipping to USA & CANADA.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

Our office opening hours are 9am - 5pm EST Monday to Friday.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

Tracking Orders
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being placed. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number in your email.
